Event Printing

A single event usually needs several different printed pieces at once: an entry gate or arch, a stage backdrop, standees at the reception desk, table numbers or branding, maybe a step-and-repeat photo wall. Ordered separately from different vendors, these things often end up slightly mismatched — a logo that's a shade off, fonts that don't quite agree, sizes that don't line up when they're standing next to each other on the day. Event printing is us handling the whole set together, so it's one file, one colour reference, one production run.

We work off the same timeline conferences, corporate launches, weddings, and exhibitions run on — which usually means a tight window between the final guest count or agenda being confirmed and the event date itself. Most of what we print here is flex, vinyl, or foam board depending on the piece and whether it needs to survive one day indoors or stand up outdoors for a multi-day exhibition.
