Flex is the workhorse of outdoor printing — a flexible PVC sheet, digitally printed at whatever size the wall or gate needs, and it's what most shop banners, wedding gate boards, and event flexes around the city are made of. We print it on solvent machines wide enough to run a single seamless sheet, and weld larger ones without the join showing from the road.
It's not the material to pick for something that has to survive three summers outdoors — direct sun starts fading the colour after several months, reds and yellows going before blues and blacks do. But for a shop opening, a sale banner, an event backdrop, or anything coming down again in a few weeks to a year, it's the right call: cheap per square foot, quick to produce, and the print quality holds up fine at the distance anyone's actually viewing it from.
We finish every flex with eyelets spaced to whatever your poles or hooks need, hem the edges so wind doesn't tear straight through, and can laminate it if it's headed somewhere with harsh sun or needs to survive a monsoon without the ink running.
