ACP Sign Board

ACP is two thin aluminium sheets bonded either side of a solid core, which makes it rigid enough to stay dead flat across a large fascia board without warping, far lighter than solid metal, and genuinely weatherproof — sun, rain, and years of temperature swings don't touch it the way they eventually affect flex or even acrylic. It's the material we reach for on shopfront fascia boards, building-front cladding, large directional and society name boards, and anywhere a sign needs to cover serious square footage without becoming impossibly heavy to mount.

We cut and rout it on CNC to whatever shape the job needs — straight fascia panels, cut-out logos, letter cutouts backed with acrylic or LED — then finish the face with digitally printed graphics, cut vinyl lettering, or a solid colour coat depending on the brief. Edges get properly capped or folded so the core doesn't show and doesn't invite moisture in over time, which is the detail that separates a fascia job that still looks clean in five years from one that starts delaminating at the corners.

It's a bigger investment than flex or basic acrylic, and it's meant to be — this is the material for the sign that isn't coming down again next year.
