Stationery Printing (Business Cards, Letterheads & More)

Stationery printing covers business cards, letterheads, envelopes, and the general set of paper goods a business hands to people or mails out regularly. Of all of it, business cards get the most attention, and rightly so — it's the one piece of print that gets held, looked at closely, and often kept in a wallet for a year, which is a very different standard from a banner glanced at from across a room. Card stock weight, finish, and edge quality all matter more here than the design alone.

We print on a range of card stocks — standard matte or gloss laminated cards for most business use, and heavier or textured stocks with finishes like spot UV or foil for a business that wants its card to feel noticeably more premium in hand. Letterheads and envelopes usually follow the same colour and font system as the business cards, since these three pieces are meant to look like they belong to the same identity when someone sees them together.

Quantity affects both cost and process here — a small business card order for a single owner is usually digital printing, while a large multi-branch letterhead order might make more sense on offset. We route the job accordingly rather than defaulting to one process for everything.
