Acrylic Letter
Individual letters cut clean from acrylic sheet — flat-cut for a simple wall logo, or backlit for the halo-glow look on office reception walls.
Acrylic letters are cut one at a time from sheet acrylic, usually 3mm to 20mm depending on how much presence you want them to have on the wall. At the thinner end they're simple flat-cut logos and names for a shopfront or office wall; go thicker and add LED behind them and you get the halo-lit or face-lit look that's become the standard for reception walls and premium storefronts — the letters seem to float slightly off the wall with a glow around or through them.
Edge finish matters more here than people expect. A laser-cut acrylic letter comes out with a naturally polished, almost glassy edge straight off the machine; a router-cut letter needs the edges flame-polished or sanded afterward to get the same clean look. We pick the method based on letter size and thickness rather than defaulting to one — small, intricate lettering usually goes to laser, larger or thicker letters to the router.
Mounting is stud-mounted off the wall on most jobs, which is what gives acrylic letters their slightly raised, dimensional look rather than sitting flat like a sticker.
