CNC Engraving

Engraving is a different job from cutting — instead of a bit or laser passing all the way through the material, it cuts a shallow, controlled depth into the surface, leaving text, logos, or patterns marked permanently into the material itself rather than as a separate applied layer. It's what we use for name plates, designation boards, award plaques, control panel labelling, and any signage where paint or a printed sticker could eventually peel or fade but an engraved mark won't.

We engrave into acrylic, brass, aluminium, and wood depending on the job — a brass name plate gets a different depth and fill treatment than an engraved acrylic panel, since the two materials read very differently once cut. Many engraved pieces get a colour fill afterward — paint or enamel worked into the engraved lines to make the text stand out clearly against the base material, rather than leaving it as a bare, hard-to-read cut line.

This is precise, repeatable work by nature — the same file engraves identically whether it's one plate or fifty, which matters for office signage sets or multi-unit installations where every plate needs to match.
