CNC router cutting is the process underneath a lot of what we make, not a finished product on its own — a computer-guided router bit cutting through sheet material following a digital file, so every letter, panel, or shape comes out identical to the last, which matters when a job needs multiples of the same cut. We run acrylic, MDF, ACP, foam board, and thin plywood through it regularly, cutting anything from full sign panels down to individual letters and intricate jaali patterns.

Where CNC router cutting earns its own place on this list is as a job-work service — architects, carpenters, other sign shops, and exhibition and event companies send us a file and a sheet of material, and we cut exactly what's specified without needing to be involved in the design or finishing beyond that. It's a precision manufacturing service as much as a signage one.

Edge finish out of the router is clean but has a slight texture compared to laser cutting — fine for most signage since it gets painted, laminated, or mounted with a printed face over it anyway, but if a job specifically needs a glass-smooth polished edge, we'll usually route that through laser cutting instead and say so upfront.
